Instructions for use:

Take 1/2 to 1 dropper full up to 3 times per day and before bed. Take it under the tongue or put it in a little juice. Not for use in children.

If you do not care for the alcohol or cannot/should not consume alcohol, place the dose in a cup and add a little boiling water. Let it cool down and then drink.
