Return Window:
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return:
Email us at gratefulacres@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:
If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll happily exchange it. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital downloads are non-refundable. Instructions for downloading are sent via email immediately after purchase.
