Instructions for use:

Take 1/2 to 1 dropper full up to 3 times per day. Take in water, juice, or under the tongue. Not for use in children. Increase dose as tolerated.

If you do not care for the alcohol or cannot/should not consume alcohol, place the dose in a cup and add a little boiling water. Let it cool down and then drink.

Known or reported benefits

  • Wild Lettuce: Orally: it may help with repetitive coughing and inflammation of the upper airways. Latex has been used for pain relief and it has been shown to be a valuable remedy for insomnia and restlessness. Topically it can be used as an antiseptic.

Cautions or Contraindications.

  • Wild lettuce should be used with caution when taking medications or herbs that are sedating. It may affect platelet aggregation so use it with caution or avoid using it if you take blood thinners. Stop this product 2 weeks prior to any planned surgeries or procedures. Avoid if you have benign prostate hypertrophy or glaucoma. Do not use it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid taking in large amounts as it may cause sweating, increased or decreased breathing, tachycardia, dilated pupils, dizziness, coma, and death.
