Instructions for use:

Start by taking one drop daily and increase as tolerated every 1-2 days. Suggested dosage is 1/2 to 1 dropper full three times daily You can take it under the tongue or mix in some juice or water. You may need to increase the dose every week until you notice an effect from it.

If you do not care for the alcohol or cannot/should not consume alcohol, place the dose in a cup and add a little boiling water. Let it cool down and then drink.

  • Dandelion root and leaf is a diuretic and may help kidney health. May lower blood pressure. May also help the digestive tract and the liver.
